The LL.B Programme is a four-year course. Each year has 2 semesters making a total of 8 semesters for the entire duration of the programme.

• For students placed by KCCUPS, there is a statutory fee of Kshs 28,100 annually payable to the University
• Self-sponsored students pay Kshs 157,000 annually payable to the University

The fee includes class attendance, access to library material.

The School of Law is situated at the Main Campus in Kwa Vonza, Kitui County 7 kilometres off the Machakos Kitui Road. One can take public transport and alight at Kwa Vonza and proceed to SEKU using public transport that plies the route.
