Modes of Delivery and Strategy

To achieve this vision, SEKU SoL will employ innovative methodologies and techniques as modes of delivery of its legal programme. The SEKU SoL LL.B Programme will be delivered through various pedagogical methodologies and techniques including the following:

  1. Physical and Online Interactive Lectures;
  2. Seminars and Tutorials;
  3. Simulations and Role-Plays;
  4. Judicial Attachments and Clinical Work;
  5. Visits/Study Tours,
  6. Moot Courts;
  7. Legal Aid and Community Services.

LL.B Programme teaches learners to critically reflect on their understanding of the law, how it works, and how it can be changed. It will be assessed through a variety of summative assessments, including end-term written examinations, coursework essays, oral presentations, continuous assessment tests, moot courts, internships and attachments, and dissertations.

Our History

The SEKU SoL is a key legacy of our Founding Vice Chancellor, Prof. Geoffrey M.
